Established just a few years ago, we've been in our present building for about 2 years. What you'll experience at CLC is a group of real and authentic people, who come to worship just as they are, to hear Biblically-sound messages in a casual, upbeat format.
We have one service (10am), but we're getting ready to launch a second service this fall to accommodate growth.
The current service is a blend of traditional, upbeat music, and our new service will have a more contemporary praise band sound to it. If you want to listen to us on the radio, we're on WNZF (1550AM and 106.3FM) every Sunday at 8:30am. Or check out our Podcast on iTunes.
Here is a couple of unique events this summer:
Monthly Beach Services:
We meet at Varn Park on the second Sunday of the month, at 7am (next one is July 11th). Varn Park is located on A1A in Painter's Hill, and it can be a little hard to find, but we always have members of the church standing out by the road with the Christ Lutheran Church banner. The service itself is laid back, with Pastor Chris typically wearing a hawaiian shirts and shorts. We'll have guitar led music on July 11th, a short sermon and the beauty of the ocean as our background. All people are welcome to attend. From Flagler Beach go north on A1A through Beverly Beach into Painter's Hill. From Palm Coast Parkway go over the toll bridge and then south on A1A.
Vacation Bible School:
This year we chose to hold it a little later in the summer than other churches, so kids in the community could have more options, and our VBS is totally free! It will take place from July 19th to 23rd, from 6pm-8pm. We have plenty of space around the church and inside our sanctuary, and the nights will be filled with games, songs, crafts, food and a lot of fun. That Sunday, July 25th, the kids will be singing in church. Register online.

I met Pastor Chris today at the Independence Day Celebration in Flagler Beach. He was very laid back and seems to be a genuinely nice man. I would visit his church.
