The
City of Bunnell invites breast-cancer survivors, friends and supporters to wear your best pink
outfit and participate in the 3rd annual “Going the Extra Mile” walk
scheduled to start at the Historic City Hall Saturday, October 13th, at 8:00 am.
The walk is organized by the City of Bunnell to raise awareness and funding for the fight
against breast cancer in Flagler County. Participants will have the opportunity
to enjoy the music of Tarnished Halo, interact with and/or cheer on the walkers,
and get information about the disease. Staff and volunteers will be supporting
walkers along the 4-mile route.
Suggested donation is $10.00 per
participant, and children under 13 and pets walk for free.
100% of the donations
go to the American Cancer Society.
